Role & responsibilities
- Create and maintain comprehensive procurement schedule, in coordination with Design and Engineering Team.
- Providing RAS (Required at Site) dates for all the procurement items based on stages of project as decided in the Build Strategy of the project.
- Track and update procurement tracker via follow up with Design (Engineering) and Procurement department and ensure materials are stored and organized effectively for easy access and tracking.
- Track materials costs against the project budget, providing regular updates to the Project Manager on spending and potential cost overruns.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all materials-related activities, including purchase orders, inventory logs, and delivery schedules.
