Role & responsibilities
- Lead and manage the HR team, delegate responsibilities, monitor performance, and ensure timely completion of HR activities.
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including payroll, recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave, and employee documentation.
- Monitor statutory compliance such as PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, and other applicable compliances.
- Supervise employee grievance handling and ensure timely and appropriate resolution.
- Monitor employee engagement and retention initiatives and review their effectiveness.
- Oversee the employee exit process, including exit interviews, clearance, Full & Final Settlement, and documentation.
- Review and monitor training and development programs based on organizational requirements.
- Monitor attrition trends and analysis, identify key reasons, and recommend suitable retention measures.
- Conduct and review HR Audits to ensure compliance with company policies, processes, documentation, and statutory requirements.
- Review HR MIS, manpower reports, recruitment status, attrition reports,
and HR dashboards for management.
- Ensure implementation and adherence to HR policies, SOPs, and processes across the organization.
- Coordinate with Department Heads and Senior Management on manpower planning, employee performance, HR concerns, and organizational requirements.
- Identify gaps in HR processes and recommend improvements to management.
Preferred candidate profile
- MBA/PGDM in HR, Master's in HR/Personnel Management, or equivalent qualification.
- 815 years of relevant HR experience.
- Strong experience in HR Operations, Payroll, Statutory Compliance, Recruitment, and Employee Relations.
- Good knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliances.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel, HRMS, and HR MIS
