Role Overview

We are seeking an ambitious, multi-disciplinary leader for the
Founder’s Office
. Operating as a strategic force multiplier to the leadership team, you will drive mission-critical initiatives spanning
venture fundraising, commercial deal structuring, celebrity IP acquisition, brand partnerships, and strategic scaling.

Key Responsibilities

1. Capital Allocation & Investor Relations
- VC & Institutional Strategy:
Partner directly with the founders on fundraising, managing diligence, investor relations, and capital deployment strategies (including institutional VC partnerships like Claypond Capital).
- Financial Modeling & Risk Underwriting:




Build and refine actuarial and financial models, revenue split matrices (70/30 celebrity-platform split), and self-hedging token mechanics.
- Executive Presentations:
Draft board decks, strategic memos, investment committee pitches, and quarterly performance reviews.

2. Commercial Deal Structuring & Brand Partnerships
- D2C & Enterprise Deal Architecture:
Structure commercial offerings and pitch strategies for Tier-1 brands and high-growth apps.
- Pricing & Campaign Packaging:
Define campaign pricing structures, usage terms, and quarterly true-up models across Meta, YouTube, and regional digital platforms.

3. Celebrity Roster Acquisition & Talent Management
- Talent Outreach & Pitching:
Lead discussions with top-tier talent management teams (representing A-list Bollywood stars, regional cinema icons, and national sports stars) to pitch digital twin licensing opportunities.
- IP Clearance & Legal Frameworks:
Coordinate digital
