Job Summary

The Relationship Manager for Anakapalli will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and offering suitable products and services to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction within the Anakapalli region.

Job Responsibilities

* Develop and manage a portfolio of clients in the Anakapalli area, focusing on acquisition, retention, and growth.
* Conduct regular meetings and interactions with clients to understand their financial goals, investment preferences, and banking requirements.
* Present and cross-sell a range of banking products and services, including loans, deposits, insurance, and wealth management solutions, tailored to individual client needs.
* Achieve agreed-upon sales targets for various products and services.
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients, resolving inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring a high level of customer service.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify recent business opportunities and threats.




* Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, client interactions, and portfolio performance.
* Ensure compliance with all internal policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
* Collaborate with internal teams, such as credit, operations, and product development, to deliver seamless service to clients.
* Participate in community events and networking activities to enhance the bank's presence in Anakapalli.

Job Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
* 2-5 years of experience in relationship management, sales, or customer service within the banking or financial services industry.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
