About the Role

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong architectural design skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage projects from concept development to execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings.
- Prepare 2D plans, working drawings, and construction drawings.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, and site teams.
- Conduct site visits and understand project requirements.
- Ensure designs are practical, functional, and aligned with project requirements.
- Coordinate with the execution team to ensure proper implementation of designs.
- Review drawings and make necessary revisions based on client and site requirements.
- Prepare presentations, material specifications, and design documentation.
- Ensure projects are completed within the required timelines and quality standards.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch.).




- 2–5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Proficiency in SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, or other architectural software will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of construction materials, building details, and site execution.
- Strong design sense and attention to detail.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
