Hirely is recruiting on behalf of a hiring partner for a remote Tamil Bilingual Expert opportunity
supporting an AI language and training project. You'll use your
native Tamil language skills, English communication ability, and attention to detail
to evaluate Tamil audio and help improve next-generation AI language systems.

What You'll Do:
- Listen to Tamil audio clips and evaluate
nativeness, fluency, and linguistic authenticity
.
- Assess pronunciation, intonation, and naturalness according to project guidelines.
- Identify subtle linguistic differences and language-quality issues.
- Provide clear written assessments and detailed justifications in English.
- Collaborate with project coordinators to clarify ambiguous language content.
- Provide linguistic insights to improve AI understanding and generation in Tamil.
- Complete assigned audio evaluation tasks accurately and consistently.

Who We're Looking For:
- Native-level Tamil proficiency
in spoken and written Tamil.
- B2+ English proficiency
with strong written and verbal communication.
- Excellent attention to detail.




- Ability to identify and explain nuanced differences in language, pronunciation, and fluency.
- Reliable and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.

- Linguistics or phonetics
- Voice/audio work
- Translation or transcription
- Teaching or education
