Heart It Out is seeking a deeply empathetic, non-judgmental, and trauma-informed Counselling Psychologist to provide dedicated mental health support to the LGBTQIA+ community. We're looking for a seasoned professional with strong therapeutic skills across evidence-based modalities (CBT, REBT, trauma-informed approaches, etc.), excellent case conceptualization ability, and experience handling complex adult concerns. The role requires emotional maturity, ethical integrity, solid documentation practices, and the ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.

In this role, you will act as a core pillar of support for individuals navigating identity exploration, minority stress, family dynamics, gender transition, and intersectional challenges. As a Counselling Psychologist,



you will be responsible for providing counselling, psychotherapy and follow up care to individual adults along with formulating treatment plans and crisis intervention for them. Master's degree in Psychology (Counselling or Clinical) or an equivalent RCI-recognized qualification.

A minimum of 2 years of supervised clinical experience specifically working with LGBTQIA+ clients.

Demonstrated knowledge of gender-affirming care models and intersectional feminist frameworks.

A non-judgmental, inclusive, and social-justice-oriented approach to therapy.
