Job description:

Recruiter – Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete recruitment process from job posting to candidate onboarding.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate interviews to assess suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and regularly update the candidate database and recruitment pipeline.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates for current and future requirements.
- Work closely with internal teams to understand job requirements, skills, experience, and hiring priorities.
- Track recruitment metrics such as open positions, candidate pipeline,



interview status, and closures.

Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience preferred.
- Robust communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn, job portals, and recruitment tools.

Experience:

1–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar HR role.
