Field Program Coordinator – Job Description

Location: Panchkula, Mohali & Ropar Districts
Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹22,000 per month
Experience: 3–5 years
Travel Expenses: Extra/Reimbursed as per organizational policy

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Field Program Coordinator to coordinate and monitor field-level program activities across Panchkula, Mohali and Ropar districts. The candidate will be responsible for field coordination, team support, beneficiary interaction, documentation and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor field activities across assigned districts.
- Coordinate with field staff, beneficiaries, local stakeholders and project teams.
- Support mobilization, counselling and program implementation activities.
- Conduct regular field visits and monitor progress against targets.
- Maintain records, reports and program-related documentation.
- Ensure timely submission of MIS and field reports.




- Coordinate with the office team for smooth implementation of project activities.
- Handle day-to-day field-level issues and provide timely solutions.
- Travel regularly within the assigned districts as required.

Candidate Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in skill development, NGO, government schemes, CSR or field-based projects.
- Positive computer skills, especially MS Word, Excel, email and online portals.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to undertake extensive field travel.
- Bike/Scooter is mandatory.
- Candidate should be responsible, self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field.
