Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced **Senior Managet for Wires Division** to drive sales growth, strengthen the distribution network, develop market strategies, and achieve business targets across the assigned territory. The role will involve close monitoring of daily sales performance, market trends, distributor/dealer performance, and competitor activities.
Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute **area-wise sales strategies** to achieve revenue and volume targets for the Wires Division.

* Analyse the market to identify **growth opportunities, emerging markets, customer requirements, and competitive threats**.

* Conduct regular **market strategy analysis** based on sales trends, competitor pricing, product movement, and channel feedback.

* Drive and expand the **distribution network**, including distributors, dealers, retailers, and other channel partners.





* Monitor territory-wise and salesperson-wise sales performance against targets.

* Maintain and review **daily sales records**, including primary sales, secondary sales, orders, collections, and pending orders.

* Ensure **daily tracking and reporting of sales performance** against assigned targets.

* Analyse daily, weekly, and monthly sales data and take corrective actions wherever required.

* Track distributor/dealer stock levels and ensure adequate product availability in the market.

* Monitor competitor activities, pricing, schemes, product launches, and market movements.

* Identify gaps in sales performance and implement appropriate action plans to improve business.

* Conduct regular market visits with the sales team and channel partners to understand ground-level market conditions.
