Role Description
This is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai, focused on checklist preparation, Shipping Bill processing, and e-Sanchit filing. The role involves verifying shipment documents, preparing and reviewing export/import checklists, and ensuring accurate creation and submission of Shipping Bills in line with customs requirements. The team member will upload and manage documents in the e-Sanchit system, track approvals, and maintain complete and organized records for audits and compliance.



Daily tasks include coordinating with internal logistics, operations, and finance teams, liaising with custom brokers and external agencies, and monitoring shipment status to avoid delays. The role requires consistent adherence to regulatory guidelines, timely resolution of documentation issues, and proactive communication on any discrepancies.

Qualifications
- Strong shipping operations skills, including Shipping & Receiving and Shipping, with experience handling export/import documentation.
- Practical knowledge of Packing and Inventory Control to support accurate shipment preparation and documentation.
- Ability to work safely around warehouse equipment; Forklift Operation experience is an advantage.
- Hands-on experience with checklist preparation, Shipping Bill filing, and e-Sanchit document upload and management.
- Understanding of customs regulations, export/import procedures, and coordination with custom brokers.
