Role Description:
- Manage a portfolio of 10–12 client accounts and ensure smooth execution through the team.
- Review and supervise monthly society accounts.
- Handle all society accounts, audit & other compliance requests.




- Meeting with client (onsite or online).
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Conduct regular feedback calls with clients/members.
- Lead and manage the accounts team effectively.
- Handle client escalations and provide expert support to Accounts Executives.
- Manage team requests and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor team performance and overall process efficiency.
- Oversee onboarding of new societies and team members.
- Any other reponsibilities delegated.

Requirements:
- Solid communication and client management skills
- Tech savy and able to operate accounting system rather than tally.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Experience in housing society accounting will be an added advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CPA, CMA) are an advantage.
