Podium Systems is looking for an experienced Senior Service Executive to manage after-sales service operations, customer satisfaction, service partners, and service delivery across the assigned region.
The ideal candidate should have solid experience in consumer durable service operations, team and partner management, customer handling, and service network development.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve CSAT and service delivery targets in line with organizational goals.
- Handle and resolve customer queries, complaints, and service escalations effectively.
- Ensure smooth after-sales/service operations across the assigned region.
- Conduct regular visits to dealers, distributors, service partners, and customers.
- Lead, monitor, and improve the performance of ASP (Authorized Service Partner) teams.
- Conduct product and soft-skill training for internal teams, ASPs, and service partners.
- Manage dealer defectives and claim settlements as per company policies.
- Develop and strengthen service infrastructure and service coverage in emerging locations.
- Conduct ISO and ASP reviews and ensure timely corrective actions.
- Monitor CRM/service calls and ensure timely closure of customer complaints.
- Prepare monthly service reports and provide quality feedback for continuous improvement.
- Support achievement of annual service revenue and operational targets.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline; technical background preferred.
- 5–8 years of experience in consumer durable service operations, including team and partner management.
- Strong knowledge of after-sales service, customer service, and field service operations.
- Experience managing Authorized Service Partners (ASP), dealers, distributors, or service networks.
- Strong customer handling, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
