Position: Civil Engineer
Location: Lulu Twin Towers, Infopark, Kochi
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Employment Type: Full time
Salary: ₹8,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and motivated Civil Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for supervising civil works, coordinating maintenance activities, monitoring site requirements, and ensuring that work is completed safely and according to required standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and supervise civil maintenance and repair works.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and maintenance teams.
- Inspect building facilities and identify civil-related issues.
- Prepare basic reports and documentation related to maintenance work.
- Ensure work is completed within the required time and quality standards.
- Monitor materials and resources required for civil works.
- Support measurement, estimation, and basic quantity calculations.




- Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures.
- Handle day-to-day civil maintenance requirements.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.

Requirements
- Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Freshers can apply.
- Basic knowledge of civil construction and maintenance.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
