Role Description
The Database Administrator (DBA) will manage, maintain, and optimize the databases that power HummingBird’s AI-driven talent platform,



ensuring high availability, performance, and data integrity. This full-time hybrid role is based in New Delhi, with a mix of onsite and work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring database performance, configuring and tuning databases, managing backups and recovery plans, and overseeing replication and clustering to support scalability and reliability. The DBA will troubleshoot database-related issues, implement security best practices, and collaborate with engineering and data teams on database design, schema changes, and query optimization. The role also involves supporting integrations with external ATS/VMS systems, contributing to automation of database operations, and documenting standards, procedures, and configurations.
