We are looking for a customer-focused and proactive Customer Care Executive to join our Customer Experience team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to deliver exceptional customer service across multiple communication channels. This role is best suited for someone passionate about creating positive customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

● Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, live chat, and social media platforms.

● Resolve customer complaints, returns, exchanges, refunds, and delivery issues.

● Provide accurate information regarding products, pricing, promotions, and order status.

● Coordinate with Warehouse, Logistics, E-commerce, and Retail teams.

● Process customer orders,



cancellations, returns, and exchanges.

● Maintain customer interaction records using CRM systems.

● Follow up to ensure complete issue resolution.

● Escalate complex issues to relevant departments.

● Monitor customer feedback and improve service.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Customer Service or Customer Support.
- Experience in retail, fashion, luxury, or e-commerce industry preferred.
