Job Overview

As a
Junior Travel Consultant
, you will assist customers in planning domestic and international trips by providing travel advice, preparing flight and hotel quotations, planning itineraries, offering visa guidance, and delivering end-to-end booking support. This role is ideal for candidates looking to build a rewarding career in the travel and tourism industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle travel enquiries received through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and the company website.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel packages and services.
- Prepare domestic and international holiday quotations.
- Book flights, hotels, transfers, sightseeing tours, and travel insurance.
- Assist customers with visa documentation and application requirements.
- Coordinate with suppliers, airlines, hotels, and Destination Management Companies (DMCs).
- Follow up on leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Resolve customer queries before, during, and after travel.




- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM regularly.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Stay updated on travel trends, visa regulations, airline policies, and destination knowledge.

Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-first attitude with solid interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Google Workspace.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn travel reservation systems and booking platforms.

Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Diploma or certification in Travel & Tourism is an added advantage.
- Prior experience in travel sales, customer support, hospitality, aviation, or a related customer-facing role is preferred.
