Role Description
The Customer Support Specialist role at TaskUs is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. In this role, the specialist will respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide explicit, accurate information through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat. The specialist will document interactions, follow established processes, and escalate complex cases to appropriate teams when necessary.
