Job Description – Junior Sales Associate

MIJA is a contemporary fine jewellery brand specializing in lab-grown diamond jewellery, blending sustainable luxury with modern design. We are looking for confident and customer-focused Sales Professionals to join our team at our stores at Bandra, R city mall, Mumbai T2 Airport & Navi Mumbai International Airport.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers warmly and provide a personalized and premium shopping experience.
- Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable diamond jewellery and collections.
- Achieve and consistently exceed individual and store sales targets.
- Develop strong knowledge of lab-grown diamonds, jewellery designs, craftsmanship, and new collections.
- Handle billing, invoicing, payments, and customer transactions accurately.
- Maintain proper product presentation, stock organization, and visual merchandising as per MIJA's brand standards.
- Build long-term customer relationships through effective engagement and professional after-sales service.
- Follow all applicable airport retail, security,



and operational procedures.

Requirements
- Prior experience in diamond jewellery, fine jewellery, luxury retail, or premium retail sales.
- Strong passion for sales with a proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship management skills.
- Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory; knowledge of additional languages will be an advantage.
- Confident personality, professional grooming, and a customer-first attitude.
- Comfortable working rotational shifts in a 24×7 airport retail setting.
- Experience handling international customers will be an added advantage.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree / Graduation is mandatory.
- Strong verbal English communication skills are essential.
