Broad outline of the Role
- Reporting role responsible for preparing and analyzing financial reports, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting month-end and year-end close activities. Supports financial controls, audits, and process improvements to deliver timely and reliable financial information.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience
- CA inter, MBA finance, M.com
- 2-5 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, or finance operations.
- Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar is preferred.

Other Knowledge & Skills
- Sound accounting and financial reporting knowledge.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.




- Positive communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Support the preparation of management reports and financial statements.
- Perform account reconciliations and ensure data accuracy.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Analyze financial results and investigate variances.
- Maintain general ledger schedules and supporting records.
- Generate periodic and ad hoc reports for business stakeholders.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting and reporting issues.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
- Contribute to process improvements, reporting automation, and timely completion of assigned deliverables.
