To plan, allocate, and monitor automation and electrical services provided to marine, offshore, oil & gas, and industrial clients.

Oversee day-to-day activities of the Electrical and Automation department.

Manage project planning, execution, and service jobs.

Supervise site installations, commissioning, and troubleshooting.

Ensure departmental profitability (P&L; responsibility).

Maintain compliance with industry specifications and design standards.

Plan and execute work with a focus on cost, quality, and timely delivery.

Monitor project progress, costs, and supply chain aspects.

Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians.

Provide on-site support during critical project phases or when required by the team or customer.

Demonstrate robust analytical thinking, troubleshooting,



and problem solving skills under pressure.

Ensure adherence to marine and industrial class requirements.

Marine automation systems (e.g., alarm systems, main and auxiliary engine safety systems, tank gauging systems).

Generator load sharing and power management systems.

Calibration of instrumentation, electrical metering, and protection systems.

Generator controls and excitation systems (AVR).

Main switchboards, LT breakers, metering, and alternator protection.

Thyristor control systems and panels.

DC generators and control systems.

Electrical AC motors and control systems.

VFDs and soft starters.
