We are seeking Project Manager for our residential township "Magarpatta City" situated at Hadapsar.

The candidate shall be responsible for operations, maintenance and optimisation of all Mechanical, Electrical systems in Magarpatta City. The role ensures uninterrupted utility services , energy efficiency , regulatory compliance and cost control across residential and commercial blocks, common areas, STP , WTP, DG sets and amenities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee day to day functioning of LT/HT panels, transformers, DG sets, elevators, pumps, fire pumps , HVAC , STP, WTP and solar systems

2. Plan and supervise preventive & breakdown maintenance of all MEP assets as per OEM guidelines

3. Identify and implement energy saving initiatives.

4. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, electrical load approvals , fire NOC , lift licenses , DG pollution norms.

5. Conduct periodic electrical safety audits ,



insulation tests and earthing tests

6. Submit weekly/ monthly MIS to Estate manager , asset uptime , breakdown analysis , utility bills , complaint TAT .

Key Skills and Educational Qualifications:

1. Education : B.E - Electrical , MEP certification

2. Experience - 15+ years of experience in MEP operations of townships

Techincal Skills:

Strong knowledge of HT/LT systems, transformers, DG synchronisation , fire pumps

Familiar with NBC , IS Codes , Electricity Act and Local fire / MPCB Norms

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
