Warehouse Operations
- Manage daily warehouse operations and workflow.
- Ensure proper inward and outward movement of goods.
- Supervise receiving, unloading, checking, sorting, picking, packing and dispatch activities.
- Ensure products are stored safely and systematically.
- Maintain proper cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.

B. Inventory & Stock Management
- Monitor daily stock levels and physical inventory.
- Ensure proper stock counting and reconciliation.
- Identify shortages, excess stock, damages and discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate stock records and documentation.
- Follow FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.
- Coordinate with the purchase, billing and sales teams regarding stock requirements.

C. Staff Management
- Supervise warehouse staff, pickers, packers and helpers.
- Allocate daily duties and responsibilities.
- Monitor staff attendance, productivity and work discipline.
- Ensure employees follow warehouse procedures and safety practices.
- Train recent warehouse employees when required.

D. Dispatch & Logistics Coordination




- Ensure orders are picked and packed accurately.
- Coordinate with the logistics/distribution team for timely dispatch.
- Verify items and quantities before dispatch.
- Minimize picking, packing and dispatch errors.
- Coordinate with relevant departments regarding urgent or pending deliveries.

E. Damage & Loss Control
- Monitor damaged, expired or defective products.
- Maintain proper records of damaged goods.
- Take preventive measures to reduce stock damage and wastage.
- Report major stock discrepancies or losses to management immediately.

F. Reporting
- Prepare daily/weekly warehouse reports as required.
- Report stock discrepancies, damages and operational issues to management.
- Maintain proper records of inward, outward and stock movements.
- Provide regular updates regarding warehouse performance.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
