About the Role

Pattabhi Agro Foods Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and results-oriented Commercial Head – Domestic to lead and manage domestic commercial operations, business development, sales coordination, customer relationships, pricing, order management, collections, and commercial strategy.

The ideal candidate should have 15–20 years of solid hands-on experience in commercial functions, preferably within the Agro, Food, Rice, Edible Oil, Poultry Feed, Animal Feed, FMCG, or related manufacturing industries.

Key Responsibilities

1. Commercial Strategy & Business Management




- Develop and execute domestic commercial strategies aligned with organizational business objectives.
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, market expansion, and customer retention.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, demand, and business opportunities.
- Develop commercial plans and ensure effective implementation across regions.

2. Sales & Order Management
- Oversee the complete domestic sales and commercial cycle from enquiry to order execution and collection.
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, Dispatch, Logistics, Finance, Procurement, and Operations teams.
- Monitor order booking, dispatch schedules, pending orders, customer commitments, and service levels.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer and commercial issues.

3. Pricing & Margin Management
- Develop and review product pricing in line with market conditions and cost structures.
- Analyze contribution margins, profitability, discounts, schemes, and customer-wise profitability.
