Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Backend Telecaller – Sales to join our team in Dehradun.

The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, understanding their requirements, explaining our products/services, following up with leads, and converting leads into sales.

Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers from the provided database.
- Explain products/services clearly and generate customer interest.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Follow up regularly with interested and pending leads.
- Convert qualified leads into successful sales.
- Handle customer questions and provide accurate information.
- Maintain daily call records, lead status, and customer details.




- Update customer information and follow-up activities in CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and further follow-up.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude while speaking with customers.

Candidate Requirements
- 12th pass or graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good Hindi communication is required.
- Basic English communication will be an advantage.
- Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with Excel/CRM.
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Ability to handle customer objections and rejection positively.
