Job Summary :

We are looking for a customer-focused Call Center Executive to handle customer enquiries, feedback, service-related queries, and support requirements for Tylos Electric Scooters. The role involves maintaining regular communication with customers, resolving concerns, coordinating with service teams, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities :

* Handle customer calls and enquiries related to Tylos electric scooters.

* Assist customers with service, maintenance, warranty, and support-related queries.

* Collect and record customer feedback and suggestions.

* Coordinate customer complaints and service requests with the relevant teams.

* Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily.

* Provide customers with updates regarding service status and requirements.

* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and complaints.

* Build positive relationships with customers and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

* Identify recurring customer concerns and communicate them to the management team.
