Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Civil Engineer to assist in the planning, execution, supervision, and monitoring of civil construction projects. The candidate will work closely with senior engineers, site supervisors, contractors, and workers to ensure construction activities are completed safely, efficiently, and according to approved drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities at the site.
- Read and interpret civil and structural drawings.
- Monitor work quality and project progress.
- Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, and workers.
- Check measurements, quantities, and material requirements.
- Prepare daily progress reports and site records.
- Ensure proper construction methods and safety practices.
- Report site issues and delays to the Senior Engineer.

Required Qualifications:
- Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 0–3 years of experience in civil construction projects.
- Basic knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site practices.




- Ability to read and understand civil, structural, and architectural drawings.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Office.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work at construction sites and travel between project locations when required.

Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of quantity surveying and estimation.
- Basic understanding of RCC, masonry, plastering, formwork, reinforcement, and finishing works.
- Knowledge of surveying and site measurements.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple site teams.
- Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.

Reporting To: Senior Civil Engineer / Project Manager

Work Location: Project / Construction Site

Employment Type: Full-Time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
