Job Summary

We are seeking a responsible and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to handle customer inquiries,



provide service-related assistance, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and digital communication channels professionally.
- Provide accurate information regarding courier services, shipments, delivery status, and related queries.
- Attend to customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Coordinate with internal departments and hub teams to resolve customer concerns.
- Follow up on pending queries, complaints, and service requests until resolution.
- Maintain accurate customer and complaint records in the CRM system.
- Ensure timely communication and updates to customers regarding their requests.
- Assist customers with tracking and service-related information.
