Role & responsibilities
Clinical Patient Care
- Resuscitation and Stabilization: Rapidly assess and manage patients suffering from severe trauma, shock, sepsis, or multi-organ failure.
- Daily ICU Rounds: Lead comprehensive morning and evening evaluations to track changes, update treatment plans, and monitor recovery signs.
- Ventilator and Organ Support: Manage complex life-support technology, including mechanical ventilators, dialysis/renal replacement, and blood pressure-boosting medications.
- Emergency Procedures: Perform invasive bedside procedures like endotracheal intubation, central venous catheter insertion, arterial line placement, and chest tube insertion.
Preferred candidate profile
- Should be willing to work in all three shifts .i.e. Morning, Evening and Night duties.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
