Job Description: Packaging Designer

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with a strong understanding of the beauty, personal care, and fragrance category. The role will focus on creating compelling visual communication across product packaging, social media, and brand collaterals.

A candidate with prior experience in the fragrance/perfume industry will be strongly preferred, especially someone who understands how design, packaging, and visual storytelling work together to build a beauty brand.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop product packaging, labels, cartons, and other brand collaterals
- Create engaging creatives for social media, digital campaigns, advertisements, and e-commerce
- Develop visual concepts and design directions for current product launches
- Work closely with the marketing and content teams to translate briefs into strong visual concepts
- Maintain consistency across the brand's visual identity, typography, layouts, and design language
- Create and adapt designs across multiple formats and platforms




- Use AI-powered image generation and design tools to develop concepts, product visuals, and creative assets
- Stay updated with emerging design trends, AI tools, new packaging, and social media formats

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in graphic design
- Prior experience in Beauty, Personal Care, Cosmetics, FMCG, or Fragrance is preferred
- Fragrance/perfume category experience will be a strong advantage
- Strong hands-on experience with product packaging and social media design
- Hands-on proficiency with AI image generation tools is mandatory
- Strong command of professional design software and AI-assisted workflows
- Excellent understanding of typography, composition, colour, layout, and visual hierarchy
- Ability to work on multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Prior agency experience preferred
