ROLE DESCRIPTION

This is a
full time role in Dehradun
. The Performance Marketer will plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across search, social, and display focusing on ROAS, CPA, and conversion rate.





Day-to-day responsibilities:
- Conduct audience and keyword research
- Set up tracking and analytics
- Build and test ad creatives and landing pages
- Manage campaign budgets
- Analyze performance data and generate actionable insights
- Prepare reports for stakeholders
- Collaborate with creative, content, and web development teams to improve funnel performance
- Continuously run A/B tests, refine targeting, and ensure campaigns align with client objectives and the agency's growth strategy

Pay

: Up to ₹55,000.00 per month

REQUIREMENTS
- 3–5 years hands-on with
Google + Meta
, with proven experience at
₹50L/month+ spend
(agency or in-house)
- You've
personally
scaled lead-gen and or e-commerce campaigns not “assisted”
- Experience running ads in
Western markets
(US/Canada/UK/EU) alongside Indian accounts you understand the difference in CPMs, buyer behaviour and complianc
