Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced
Consulting & Design professional
to support and execute engineering, architectural, 3D visualization, BIM and design projects. The candidate should have strong industry exposure and the ability to independently manage design assignments from concept to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle
consulting, engineering and design projects
from concept to execution.
- Develop and review architectural, engineering and technical designs.
- Prepare and review drawings, models, BOQs and technical documentation.
- Work with
AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, 3D visualization and relevant design software
.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors and clients.
- Provide technical solutions and resolve design-related issues.
- Ensure designs meet project requirements, quality standards and timelines.
- Conduct design reviews and ensure accuracy of deliverables.
- Support preparation of project proposals, presentations and technical reports.




- Manage multiple projects and ensure timely completion.
- Support development of new consulting and design opportunities.

Preferred Technical Exposure
- AutoCAD
- Revit / BIM
- 3D Modelling & Visualization
- Architectural / Structural / MEP Design
- Quantity Estimation & BOQ
- Project Planning & Documentation

Required Skills
- Strong technical and design knowledge.
- Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
- Good project coordination and client-handling skills.
- Solid problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage project deliverables.

Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech / B.Arch / M.Arch / relevant technical qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience.
- Experience in
construction, architecture, infrastructure, hospitality, commercial or real-estate projects
preferred.
