Position: Project Manager / Placement Officer

Location: Udaipur, Rajasthan

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Summary

REACHA FOUNDATION is looking for a dedicated Project Manager / Placement Officer to oversee skill development projects, manage stakeholder relationships, and facilitate trainee placements.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day project operations and ensure timely execution.

Monitor project targets, deliverables, and compliance requirements.

Develop and maintain relationships with employers and industry partners.

Coordinate placement activities, interviews, and job fairs.

Track placement outcomes and retention of candidates.

Prepare project reports and maintain documentation.

Support trainee counseling and career guidance.

Coordinate with trainers, mobilizers, and project stakeholders.





Ensure achievement of project and placement targets.

Required Qualifications

Graduate/Postgraduate in Management, Social Work, Human Resources, or related field.

Robust knowledge of skill development programs and placement processes.

Excellent communication, networking, and reporting skills.

Proficiency in MS Office.

Experience

Minimum 2–5 years of experience in project management, placement, or skill development programs.

Preferred Skills

Employer engagement and partnership development.

Team management and leadership.

Documentation and MIS reporting.

Candidate counseling and placement coordination.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
