FareHawker is a specialized travel service provider focused on airline group flight bookings for corporate groups, travel agencies, schools and universities, pilgrimage groups, destination weddings, MICE movements, sports teams, tour operators and other large-group travel requirements.

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Travel Consultant – Airline Group Booking Specialist who can manage group flight enquiries from initial quotation through booking, payment, name submission and final travel coordination.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle domestic and international airline group booking enquiries through phone, email, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
- Understand client requirements including destination, travel dates, number of passengers, preferred airlines, baggage requirements and budget.
- Coordinate with airlines, airline group desks,



GDS systems and suppliers to obtain competitive group fares and booking conditions.
- Prepare and share skilled flight quotations with clients.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Explain group booking policies including:
- Seat blocking
- Deposit requirements
- Payment deadlines
- Name submission deadlines
- Name change policies
- Cancellation and refund conditions
- Baggage allowance
- Group booking terms
- Negotiate with airlines and suppliers wherever possible to secure competitive fares and favourable group conditions.
- Manage booking documentation, PNRs, passenger lists and payment records accurately.
- Coordinate passenger name submission as per airline deadlines and ensure names match valid government-issued identification/passports.
- Handle booking modifications, cancellations, refunds, rescheduling and airline schedule changes.
