Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and well-connected Business Development Manager with strong PR and communications knowledge to expand the client portfolio.

The ideal candidate should understand PR, communication strategies and client business objectives, and be able to recommend relevant PR solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities across startups, consumer brands, corporates and emerging businesses.

Build and manage a strong pipeline through networking, referrals, industry events, LinkedIn outreach and partnerships.

Understand client businesses, communication challenges and PR objectives.

Conduct discovery meetings and identify relevant PR opportunities.

Develop customised PR proposals, pitches and presentations with internal teams.

Present PR capabilities, case studies and service offerings to prospective clients.





Manage the complete business development cycle from lead generation to closure.

Follow up with prospects and maintain solid client relationships.

Negotiate commercials, scope of work and engagement terms.

Ensure smooth handover of new clients to the PR servicing team.

Maintain records of leads, proposals, conversions and revenue forecasts.

Develop relationships with founders, marketing leaders, communication professionals and ecosystem partners.

Track market trends, competitor activity and emerging PR opportunities.

Contribute to business growth and new market development.
