Key Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Financials, with strong functional expertise in General Ledger (GL) and Accounts Receivable (AR), along with positive working knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM), and Tax.
- Proven experience in multiple end-to-end Oracle Fusion Financials implementation and support projects, covering requirements gathering, solution design,



configuration, testing, deployment, go-live, and post-production support.
- Strong understanding of accounting entries and end-to-end financial business processes, including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Record-to-Report (R2R), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Intercompany Accounting, and Tax.
- Experience in configuring ledgers, sub-ledgers, accounting rules, chart of accounts, and financial reporting structures, while managing period-end and year-end close activities.
- Hands-on experience in data migration, reconciliation, integrations, OTBI, BI Publisher/XML Publisher reporting, system testing (SIT/UAT), quarterly Oracle Fusion updates, incident management, and production support.
- Ability to independently analyze business requirements, provide functional solutions, collaborate with technical teams, and ensure compliance with accounting standards, audit requirements, and internal controls.
