1. Develop and execute internal communication strategies to strengthen brand visibility and reputation.
2. Manage media relations, including press releases, media interactions, and stakeholder engagement.
3. Create and review high-quality content such as newsletters, articles, blogs, and corporate communications.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels.
5. Lead corporate events, media monitoring,



and crisis communication initiatives to protect and enhance the organization's image.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in Internal Communication, with hands-on exposure to employee engagement, leadership communication, content development, and internal communication strategies.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to create impactful communication materials and engage with diverse stakeholders.
3. Strong understanding of corporate communications, public relations, and brand management, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
