Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead production team members during assigned shifts.
- Plan and allocate manpower according to production requirements.
- Ensure production targets, schedules, and quality standards are achieved.
- Monitor production processes and identify delays, defects, and operational issues.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, Planning, and other departments.
- Ensure machines, tools, and production equipment are used correctly.
- Monitor material availability and minimize production downtime.

Required Qualifications

Experience:
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with 0–3 years of experience in production/manufacturing will be considered.
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or team-lead role is preferred.
- Knowledge of production processes, quality systems, and workplace safety.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
