Objective

The incumbent will be responsible for developing and executing the CSR strategy for the company, focusing on social impact, sustainability, and community development. This role involves leading the planning and execution of CSR initiatives, overseeing key projects related to Health care, Education, Women Empowerment and Setting, affordable housing, and other community engagement efforts. The Senior Manager will work closely with the CSR Head and other departments to align CSR activities with business goals, ensuring measurable social impact and positive brand reputation.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the development and execution of the company’s CSR strategy, aligning initiatives with the company’s mission, values, and business goals.
- Proven track record to work under the India CSR rules and compliances. Identify and prioritize CSR initiatives that focus on critical areas such as women empowerment, healthcare, education, environment, construction workers, affordable housing, sustainability, and any need based community development as per schedule




- Ensure that all CSR activities are aligned with the company’s long-term objectives, values, and industry regulations.
- Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of CSR projects across different areas of focus, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and have a measurable impact.
- Oversee the management of key CSR projects, including resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
- Work with Internal, external partners, including NGOs, local communities, government agencies, and industry groups, to deliver impactful initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders such as community leaders, NGOs, government agencies, and corporate partners to drive effective CSR programs.
