Three Across is looking for an energetic and resourceful
Recruiters
to join our growing talent acquisition team. This role is ideal for an early-career professional who enjoys research, candidate engagement, and the challenge of identifying the right talent across diverse functions and industries.

You will work closely with delivery leaders to build strong candidate pipelines for technology and non-technology roles. The role requires hands-on expertise in Job Boards and LinkedIn sourcing, with the ability to use Boolean search, filters, and market mapping to identify relevant active and passive candidates.

Key responsibilities
- Source relevant active and passive candidates for technology and non-technology roles across industries.
- Use
LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, internal database, and online talent communities
to build strong candidate pipelines.




- Create and refine Boolean search strings based on role title, skills, experience, location, industry, and other selection parameters.
- Screen profiles against job requirements and share high-quality, relevant shortlists with recruiters.
- Reach out to prospective candidates through calls, email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other approved sourcing channels.
- Assess candidate interest, availability, compensation expectations, location preferences, and basic suitability.
- Maintain accurate candidate information, sourcing trackers, response records, and pipeline status in our ATS.
- Support talent mapping, competitor mapping, and market research for niche, high-volume, and hard-to-fill positions.
- Work closely with recruitment partners/ leads to understand role requirements and continuously improve the quality and speed of profiles shared.
