Newfold Digital is seeking for a technically strong and hands-on Engineering Manager who can lead high-performing engineering teams while continuing to provide strong technical direction. The role combines people leadership, architecture, engineering excellence, product delivery, and AI-first development practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership & Architecture
- Provide strong technical leadership and direction across the engineering team, while remaining sufficiently hands-on to guide complex technical decisions.
- Design, develop, and scale complex, high-performance systems using appropriate architectural patterns for both horizontal and vertical scalability.
- Own and influence architectural decisions, technical strategy, technology choices, and engineering standards.
- Translate product and business requirements into clear technical plans, architecture, milestones, and execution strategies.
