Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager with experience in the staffing and recruitment industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, acquiring clients, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth through permanent, contract, and RPO staffing solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term clients.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with HR leaders, hiring managers, and decision-makers.
- Understand client hiring requirements and propose suitable staffing solutions.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and commercial agreements.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure timely and quality candidate delivery.




- Manage existing client accounts to maximize repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and update CRM regularly.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field.
- 5 8 years of business development experience in staffing, recruitment, or HR services.
- Proven track record of acquiring new clients and achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of IT and/or Non-IT staffing services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment.

Preferred Experience
- Experience selling Permanent Staffing, Contract Staffing, Executive Search, RPO, or Managed Staffing Services in UK, APAC and Offsho
