Role Overview

We are seeking a Sr. HRBP who will act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to business leaders. The role will focus on aligning people priorities with business objectives, enabling organizational growth, and strengthening a high-performance culture. This role requires high resilience, grit, and adaptability, as you will partner closely with leaders and employees in a fast-paced setting to drive business outcomes and people initiatives. This is a critical position with immediate joining preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to translate business strategies into people priorities and provide strategic HR guidance.
- Drive workforce planning, succession planning, talent management, and organizational development in alignment with business requirements.
- Partner with managers on employee relations, performance management, talent development, and change management.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives in partnership with business leaders, identifying engagement gaps and implementing targeted interventions to improve employee experience,



retention, and productivity.
- Leverage HR data, people metrics, and employee feedback to identify trends and provide actionable insights to business leaders.
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, helping address people-related challenges and organizational needs.
- Collaborate with CoEs (TA, L&D;, C&B;) to deliver integrated HR solutions aligned with business priorities.
- Support leaders in building a culture of performance, accountability, collaboration, and belonging.
- Ensure effective HR governance, compliance, and risk mitigation across the business.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in partnership with business stakeholders.
- Lead and contribute to HR transformation and change initiatives, ensuring effective adoption across the organization.

Qualifications
- Bachelors / Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
