Roles and Responsibilities :
- Managing and maintaining IT infrastructure including Servers and workstations.
- Installing, configuring, and updating operating systems, applications, and security softwares.
- Monitoring system performance and proactively addressing technical issues.
- Ensuring data security and implementing security policies.
- Problem solving skills and excellent communication abilities.
- Team player with the willingness to work in a dynamic workplace.
- Knowledge of managing AD users, Computers, Groups and OUs.
- Knowledge of GPO, DNS and DHCP servers.
- Familiarity with Virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware).
- Knowledge of Backup and Restoration of data on tape drive / Library.
- Knowledge on proxy solutions.
- Maintain detailed documentation of Server configurations, procedures and troubleshooting steps.

Job Requirements :
- 2-8 years of experience in IT infrastructure engineering or a related field.
- Proficiency in VMware vSphere and other virtualization technologies (e.g., KVM).
- Strong understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and other network services.
- Experience working on Linux-based systems.
