Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of PEB project lifecycle (GA → Fabrication → Dispatch → Erection)
- Valuable knowledge of GA, Anchor Bolt, and Fabrication drawings
- Strong project planning, execution, and monitoring skills
- Excellent cross-functional coordination (Sales, Design, Production, Dispatch, Site)
- Effective client communication and stakeholder management
- Solid commercial awareness (payment terms, billing stages, follow-ups)
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with proper prioritization
- Solid problem-solving and decision-making ability
- High level of ownership, accountability, and result orientation
- Good team handling and leadership skills
- Ability to train, guide, and develop team members
- Strong follow-up and execution focus to meet timelines
- Good analytical skills for project tracking and reporting
- Proficiency in project tracking tools, MIS,



and documentation (DWR, flow charts, trackers)
- Attention to detail in documentation, approvals, and execution stages
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Basic technical understanding with ability to interpret drawings
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic AutoCAD (viewing level)

Job Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Handover
- Take complete project handover from Sales team.
- Understand project scope, drawings, timelines, and payment terms.
- Plan project execution stages (GA → Fabrication → Dispatch → Erection).
- Share project details with internal teams (Design, Production, Accounts).

2. Design Coordination & Approvals
- Ensure timely preparation and approval of:
- GA Drawings
- Anchor Bolt Drawings
- Fabrication Drawings
- Coordinate with client and design team for approvals.
- Release drawings for execution only after f
