Experience: 8+ years total, with 4+ years in Air Logistics Sales

Job Purpose

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager Air Logistics to drive recent business development, manage key customer relationships, and grow profitable logistics business. The role will involve developing sales strategies, identifying new opportunities, managing existing accounts, and working closely with Operations, Customer Service, and Logistics teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities in the air logistics sector.
- Develop and implement targeted sales and business development strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers for future business growth.
- Drive revenue growth while focusing on winning and retaining profitable business.
- Manage customer accounts and develop new business approaches.




- Take responsibility for the P&L; and commercial performance of the logistics business.
- Prepare and maintain financial forecasts and cost projections for new business proposals.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling within the existing customer base.
- Coordinate commercial activities for assigned customer/vertical groups.
- Work closely with Customer Service, Operations, and Logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
- Prepare sales and business reports as required.
- Support presentations and develop customized logistics solutions based on customer requirements.
- Negotiate commercial terms and work towards achieving business and revenue targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8+ years of total experience, with a minimum of 4+ years of experience in Air Logistics Sales.
- Strong knowledge of air freight, logistics, and business development practices.
- Proven track record in B2B sales and new business development.
