Roles and Responsibilities:
- Look after day to day Maintenance/Project activities with safety and environmental aspects.
- Guide the technician for daily routine Maintenance/Project activates.
- Analysis and action for routine troubleshooting.
- Management of ManPower according to daily work distribution.
- Training to the Technician regarding safety & Maintenance activity.
- Review and analyze the daily/routine maintenance/Utility activity.
- Ensure to follow the Preventive Maintenance/Calibration schedule and analysis for any abnormality.
- Interphase between other dept for different issues.
- Analysis of Daily Maintenance activity.
- Ensure all equipment spares procurement and availability for any maintenance activity.
- Designing and Procurement of Instrument and Electrical items.
- Ensure Utility supply to all production plants and other functions across the site.
