Job Summary

We are looking for a agile, results-driven, and experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in Jaipur. In this role, you will be responsible for driving property sales (residential/commercial), managing a high-performing sales team, building channel partner networks, and executing strategic plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Sales Target Achievement:
- Drive and oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation to final closure to achieve organizational revenue and booking targets.
- Formulate aggressive sales strategies aligned with Jaipur's regional real estate market trends.
- Team Leadership & Management:
- Lead, mentor, and train a team of Sales Executives and Business Development Associates.
- Set individual and team-based KPIs,



monitor performance daily, and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Client Relationship Management (CRM):
- Handle HNWIs (High Net Worth Individuals), prospective buyers, and key investors.
- Oversee site visits, presentations, and project walkthroughs for clients in Jaipur.
- Address client queries, negotiate deal terms, and ensure smooth post-booking/documentation processes.
- Channel Partner & Broker Network:
- Build, expand, and maintain robust relationships with channel partners, brokers, and channel real estate networks across Jaipur to source continuous business leads.
- Market Intelligence:
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis concerning upcoming residential/commercial projects, pricing strategies, and buyer preferences in Jaipur micro-markets (e.g., Jagatpura, Ajmer Road, Sikar Road, Mansarovar, etc.).
