Production Worker – Job Description

Job Title: Production Worker / Production Assistant

Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day printing and production activities.
- Handle printed materials carefully during production and finishing.
- Assist with cutting, pasting, mounting, folding, packing and other finishing works.
- Help operators with loading/unloading materials and preparing jobs.
- Check finished products for basic quality and accuracy.
- Keep the production area clean and organized.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and machine operators.
- Pack completed orders safely for delivery.
- Handle materials, tools and equipment responsibly.
- Complete assigned work within the required time.

Candidate Requirements:
- No previous experience required; freshers are welcome.




- Should be physically active and willing to work in a production environment.
- Basic reading and understanding skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Should be punctual, responsible and hardworking.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Previous experience in printing, signage, advertising or production will be an advantage.
