A Note on Incentives

Inside Sales Executive / Telecaller

Role Overview





We are looking for a proactive and persuasive Inside Sales Executive / Telecaller to manage inbound customer enquiries and conduct outbound phone outreach across our coverage area. You'll be the primary point of contact for homeowners over the phone — educating them on Household Rooftop Solar (PM-Surya Ghar) perks, qualifying leads, and booking high-intent site visits for the Solar Consultant. This is a fully office-based role: your value is call volume and quality conversion, not field time.

Key Responsibilities

*Outbound Outreach & Lead Qualification*
- Cold call prospects from EB high-bill and EV-owner data lists; understand each homeowner's electricity usage and explain rooftop solar benefits in simple terms.
- Make proactive (suo-moto) calls to build the pipeline.

*Inbound Handling & Meeting Scheduling*
- Handle inbound enquiries from the website, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and the PM Surya Ghar vendor listing.
